As a Senior Project Leader, you will be responsible for the planning, organization, and execution of various events, working with internal teams and external partners to deliver impressive results every time.

Tasks and Responsibilities

●  Objectives and Planning

○ Define clear project goals and end results.

○ Create detailed project plans including timelines and budgets.

●  Team Management

○ Assemble a project team by selecting the right internal and, if necessary, external staff.

○ Organize and lead brainstorming sessions to come up with creative and effective solutions.

●  Coordination and Communication

○ Distribute tasks within the team and set interim deadlines, which you actively monitor.

○ Hold regular project team meetings to discuss progress and make adjustments as needed.

●  Advising and Support

○ Advise project team members, provide feedback, and inform them about important updates.

○ Encourage the team and ensure a positive and productive working environment.

●  External Relationships

○ Maintain contact with external parties involved in the project and ensure they adhere to deadlines and agreements.

●  Delivery and Evaluation

○ Deliver the final project as agreed or communicate any changes in a timely manner.

○ Conduct a thorough evaluation after the project to identify improvement points for future projects.

●  Strategy and Quality Assurance

○ Analyze competitors and ensure our events are distinctive and of high quality.

●  Vision

○ Develop a strategy to market and give content to projects, ensuring they leave a lasting impression.

What We Ask

○ At least 5 years of experience as a project leader, preferably in the events industry.

○ Minimum HBO work/thinking level.

○ Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

○ Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.

○ Result-oriented with a keen eye for detail.

○ Flexibility and stress resistance to handle changing circumstances.
